Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
How it works
Tell us within 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) received the products: fill in the form below, or email us the model form. We confirm receipt by email straight away.
Send the products back within 14 days of telling us. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until the products are back with us.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications, sealed hygiene products once unsealed, and the other exceptions provided by law.
