Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express orders placed before 17:00 on a business day arrive the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

Yes. We deliver everywhere in Greece and Cyprus, and to most EU countries. Island deliveries can take one or two extra days.

Start a return from the link in your shipping email or contact us. We’ll send a free prepaid label — just pack the item in its original packaging and drop it at any courier point.

We refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
