Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status of any order on our Track order page using your order number and email.
If you’re not home, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again the next business day, or you can collect the parcel from your nearest courier point.
Good to know
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
- Deliveries to islands and remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.
- Large items such as TVs are delivered by appointment, with free installation on request.
- All parcels are insured until they reach you.
